If you’re ever able to take your eyes away from any of our eleven HDTVs,
you’d see the delicious plate of food awaiting you. Once you do, you’ll
realize that food is front and center at The Fleetwood. Executive chef Mark
Bolton’s goal is to recreate comforting American dishes with a modern twist.
Our menu includes an array of comfort cuisine that is relatively simple food
prepared with flair and care. And for an affordable fare. Okay, we’ll stop
rhyming.
The Fleetwood promises to go to great lengths to use the best possible
products available. That means we use only the finest fish, meats and
produce.
We also believe in making everything in-house - the old fashioned way.
Because of that, we will feature a seasonal menu focused on freshness. The
menu includes an array of comfort cuisine, ranging from tomato bisque served
with grilled cheese and basil oil to old standards like fried chicken, pork
chops, BLTA wraps, tater tots and macaroni and cheese.
Our dining room has been designed to match the feel of our cuisine -
comforting. We’re talking lush palm trees, soothing colors, large booths,
communal tables and chairs that will take a crane to help lift you out of.
The lounge menu served late night will include delectable late-night
munchies like beer battered prawns, bacon cheddar cheeseburger and bacon
wrapped meatloaf.
Yes, we dig bacon.
